Welcome to Eagle. By creating an account or using the Eagle application ("the App"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. Your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
- You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure.
- You must provide accurate information when creating your account and profile.
2. Acceptable use
- Do not post content that is illegal, hateful, harassing, sexually explicit, or that infringes others' rights.
- Do not impersonate others, spam, or attempt to defraud other users.
- Do not attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the App.
- We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these rules, at our discretion.
3. Eagle coins and gifting
- Eagle coins are purchased at a rate of 100 coins per 1 USD.
- When you send a gift, 70% of the coin value is credited to the recipient and a 30% platform fee is retained by Eagle.
- Gifts are final and cannot be reversed once sent.
- Coin purchases are processed by third-party payment providers (Paystack, or on-chain crypto).
4. Withdrawals
- You may request one withdrawal every 7 days, subject to a minimum amount.
- A 30% platform fee applies to withdrawals.
- Withdrawals are reviewed manually and paid out within 24-48 hours to the bank account or wallet you provide.
- You are responsible for providing correct payout details. Eagle is not liable for losses caused by incorrect details.
5. Intellectual property
You retain ownership of content you post. By posting, you grant Eagle a license to display and distribute your content within the App.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Eagle shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the App.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
